We process all orders on business days—Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time), excluding national postal holidays such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Delivery Time & Shipping Fee
The estimated delivery time for your order depends on your location. While we collaborate closely with our shipping partners to ensure accurate delivery timelines, please note that any delays occurring once the package is in transit are beyond our control.
For most orders within the continental United States, the total delivery time typically ranges from 5 to 11 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

- Order Cut-Off Time : Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
- Delivery Time : Total delivery time includes both processing and shipping: Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
- Tracking Information : A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order has shipped. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
- Custom Orders : Personalized items may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the design.
- Shipping Coverage : We currently ship within the continental United States only.
- Restricted Locations : We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Order Tracking
After placing your order, you will first receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been processed (typically within 1–2 days), we’ll send you a shipping notification with tracking details.
Please note: It may take 3–7 days for the shipping carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is not yet available, it means the carrier has not processed the package. Tracking updates will appear once it has been scanned.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Here’s why it matters:
- Missing or incorrect details may delay your order, as we may need to contact you for confirmation.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses or returned to sender. Returned packages are sent to our logistics partners’ warehouses and may be discarded.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will apply.
- We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage if you request the carrier to forward or redirect your parcel after it has left our facility.
