What Is Eligible for Return or Exchange

We accept returns and free exchanges under the following conditions:

  • We accept returns only for defective items.
  • The item is incorrect or does not match the product description or customization details

We do not accept returns for personal reasons such as change of mind or dissatisfaction with style, unless the item is defective.

Return Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving their order. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Return Method

Returns and exchanges are processed by mail only. We do not accept in-person returns.

Return Label

A prepaid return label is included in the original package or provided by email once your request is approved.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be issued within 2 business days to your original method of payment.

Ineligible Return Conditions

The following conditions are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Requests made after the 30-days return window
  • Items that are used, worn, washed, or damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items missing original packaging or labels

Non-defective items :

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. Include a photo if applicable.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide a return authorization and return address.
  3. Return the item within 7 days using the prepaid return label and follow the shipping instructions.
  4. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue your refund or send a replacement item.
